Meal Plan Monday

We are getting back into routine this week.  Back to school after a nice quiet Spring Break, and I couldn't be more thrilled.  I really missed having that one on one time with my youngest while my older daughter is at school.

The menu this week is a bit of a mish-mosh, a true variety of things, delicious none the less.

Monday:
Enchiladas
Crock Pot Re fried Beans
Green Salad

Tuesday:
Sweet Potato Curry
Brown Rice
Fruit Salad

Wednesday:
Meatloaf Burgers
Onion Buns
Smashed Roasted Potatoes
Veggies and Dip

Thursday:
Stir Fry (probably chicken)
Brown Rice
Lumpia

Friday:
Spinach Ravioli with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
Twisty Bread sticks
Cesar Salad

Saturday:
Leftover Night

Sunday: (this one is for the Hubs)
Grilled Steak with compound butter
Baked Potatoes
Veggies, steamed or roasted
Cranberry Apple Salad
